From the First Impression Specialist to the Office Manager, Dina and Michele offer a first-rate customer service experience in a family-feel environment. All members of Dr. Ferris’s staff, for example, Mercedes are all welcoming and incredibly kind spirited. The office location is convenient with ample parking available. The office itself feels more like a spa than anything. Everyone was always accommodating throughout my Invisalign program. I am honestly sad I won’t be seeing them on a routine basis, but will forever highly recommend Dr. Ferris’s to anyone wanting a perfect smile.
